Refund Policy

**Effective Date:** [4/25/2026] This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments, bookings, and related service transactions made with **High Country Detailing LLC** through our website, scheduling system, checkout system, or otherwise. By booking a service, submitting payment, or otherwise scheduling with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. --- ## 1. General Policy We reserve time specifically for each scheduled appointment. To help manage our schedule efficiently, the following cancellation and refund terms apply unless otherwise required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. --- ## 2. Free Cancellation or Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours in Advance If you cancel or reschedule your appointment **more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service time**, there will be **no cancellation fee**. In such cases: - you may cancel at no charge; and/or - you may reschedule at no charge, subject to availability. --- ## 3. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Service If you cancel your appointment **within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time**, a cancellation fee equal to **ten percent (10%) of the total cost of the scheduled services** will apply. The 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from any amount paid or invoiced, as applicable. If no payment has yet been collected, you remain responsible for payment of the cancellation fee. --- ## 4. No-Shows If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment, fail to make the vehicle available, or otherwise prevent us from performing the scheduled service, the appointment will be treated as a **no-show**. No-shows are subject to a fee equal to **ten percent (10%) of the total cost of the scheduled services**. The 10% no-show fee will be deducted from any amount paid or invoiced, as applicable. If no payment has yet been collected, you remain responsible for payment of the no-show fee. --- ## 5. Refunds If you paid in advance and your cancellation qualifies for a refund under this policy, any applicable refund will be issued after deduction of any applicable cancellation or no-show fee, if any. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. --- ## 6. Late Arrival and Service Interference If you arrive late or do not provide timely access to the vehicle, we may, in our discretion: - proceed with the service if time permits; - shorten or adjust the scope of service; or - treat the appointment as a no-show if the delay prevents us from completing the scheduled work. If treated as a no-show, the 10% no-show fee will apply. --- ## 7. Exceptions We may waive or modify this policy in our sole discretion in cases involving emergency circumstances, severe weather, or other situations we determine to be appropriate. Any waiver must be in writing or clearly confirmed by us. --- ## 8. Payment Disputes If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we may attempt to resolve the issue directly. --- ## 9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on our website.
